Stephanie Carpio, Patient Coordinator
With her upbeat personality and infectious enthusiasm, our patient coordinator Stephanie works diligently with our patients to help them get the care that they need. A product of Los Angeles, Stephanie obtained her Bachelor’s at UC Santa Barbara, where she double majored in Biology and Spanish. With over 8 years of devotion to patient healthcare, she truly loves one-on-one interaction with patients. Stephanie maintains a passion for learning and staying current with the latest products and technology in aesthetics. She is extremely well-versed in the many treatments which are provided at Beach Aesthetics, and is able to educate and communicate with our patients in both English and Spanish. When not at work, she loves yoga and sports and is a die-hard Dodger fan.
Ariel Diaz, Ultrasound Technologist
When you first meet Ariel, our dedicated sonographer, you are struck by her affable personality and easygoing nature. Ariel notes that working in the medical field fills her heart with joy as she strives to be a guiding light along her patients’ journey. Prior to joining our practice she attended PCI College, where she graduated as an Ultrasound Technician with an associate’s degree in applied science. Ariel grew up playing sports and having dogs. In her free time she loves taking her dogs to the beach and paddleboarding.
Sofia Escalante, Front Office Manager
Meet Sofia, our dedicated Front Office Manager at Beach Cities Vein and Laser Center/Beach Aesthetics. As the first warm and welcoming face you’ll encounter, Sofia is committed to setting the tone for an exceptional patient experience from the very start. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from UC Irvine, Sofia joined our team with a strong dedication to supporting patients in achieving optimal health.
Sofia is passionate about ensuring health equity and strives to provide every patient with excellent care and open communication, thanks in part to her fluency in both English and Spanish. Looking ahead, Sofia plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Data Science to complement her strong background in healthcare and medicine. Through the intersection between healthcare and data, she aims to use her skills to make advancements that can improve patient care and support better health outcomes for everyone.
Amelia Navarro, Back Office Assistant
As one of the first friendly faces that welcomes you into Beach Cities Vein and Laser Center/Beach Aesthetics, Amelia is always there to greet you with compassion and kindness, helping to provide the best patient experience possible. A UCLA graduate with a Bachelor’s in Physiological Science, Amelia joined our team with the goal of supporting patients in achieving optimal health. She feels the need to be a part of the effort in helping people live healthier lives after consistently witnessing her family’s struggles in health care settings. She is driven to ensure all patients receive excellent care and open communication, as she is fluent in both English and Spanish. Amelia’s future is bright and she is currently working her way to a career as a Physician’s Assistant.
Didi Rayman, Practice Administrator
The day to day operations of our office are managed by the highly competent Didi Rayman. The wife of Dr. Rayman, Didi double majored in physics and art history. She also has a Masters in Architecture. She has attended multiple conferences and read widely on the topics of venous and aesthetic treatments. Her unique background in both science and art perfectly complements our practice. Beach Aesthetics’s office space was designed by Didi. Her wealth of knowledge, understanding of patient needs and concerns, design skills, and eye for beauty sets the tone for providing outstanding patient care.
Irina Vaynberg RN, Registered Nurse
Irina is an aesthetic nurse with an innate artistic eye and meticulous attention to detail. Specializing in natural-looking results, her motto is “Best Injectable, Non-Detectable.” Irina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Engineering. Her passion for aesthetics marks a significant career shift, where her engineering background contributes to her detail-oriented approach, complemented by her natural aesthetic sense. With over three years of experience in the field, Irina’s greatest reward is the satisfaction of her patients. She is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree to further enhance her expertise. In her free time Irina enjoys traveling, staying active, and attending seminars on aesthetic treatments. She cherishes spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, and their dog.
